Check-in starts as early as 5:00 pm. We ask that you be seated by 6:00 pm for the start of the Banquet. Ilau Machque chapter has volunteered to help set-up but we need all the help we can get. If you’ve forgotten your chapter, you’re part of {$chapter} chapter. If you’re available to arrive early to help set-up, we ask that volunteers arrive at 3:30 pm. Please remember that this event occurs on Saturday.
